OneDrive for Windows 10 provides you access to unlimited cloud storage.

The cloud in simple terms is storage space that exists remotely so that you have access to your data from any device and wherever you are. OneDrive—which was formerly called SkyDrive—is the implementation of such a service from Microsoft. Although you can have access unlimited storage it is important to note that only the first 5 GB is free currently and beyond that you will need to pay. Older accounts were able to secure up to as much as 50 GB, but that offer has expired.

The service is free to use. You do not have to worry about going over. It will not let you. The files you store there are available to you privately. Additionally, you can set certain files or even entire folders as public. You will have access to a URL, which you can then give to family, friends, coworkers and so forth so that they can download your files, such as photos, as well.

Microsoft has done a great job of building a user interface that is intuitive and fast. You can create and delete folders as well as drag and drop files. You can quickly peruse all of the folders and files that are already there. Note that Windows integration does exist. It lets you access your OneDrive as if was another local hard drive, but the app is still convenient in its own right for perusal.

OneDrive is a very stable and consistent cloud service. You never have to worry about it being down in our experience. It also allows for cross-platform and cross-device synchronization. The OneDrive for Windows 10 program also has features built in to facilitate that kind of syncing.
